Community Guidelines

Night Manager is a professional marketplace for the nightlife industry. These guidelines exist to keep the platform safe, respectful, and useful for everyone. All users — dancers, clubs, and administrators — are expected to follow them. Violations may result in warnings, content removal, or permanent account termination.

1. Professionalism

  • Treat every interaction as a professional exchange
  • Communicate clearly, honestly, and respectfully
  • Honor commitments — if you agree to a booking, follow through or cancel with reasonable notice
  • Keep conversations relevant to professional matters on the platform

2. Respect and Safety

  • No harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation of any kind
  • No hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, or disability
  • No unwanted sexual advances or inappropriate messages
  • Respect boundaries — if someone declines a request or stops responding, do not persist
  • No doxxing or sharing another user's private information without consent

3. Honest Profiles

  • Use real, accurate information on your profile
  • Only upload photos and videos that are yours or that you have permission to use
  • Do not impersonate another person, business, or entity
  • Do not use misleading profile information to attract bookings or talent
  • Keep your profile up to date — outdated availability or contact info wastes everyone's time

4. Content Standards

  • Profile photos should be professional and appropriate for the industry
  • No illegal content of any kind
  • No content depicting or promoting violence, self-harm, or dangerous activities
  • No spam, advertisements for unrelated services, or promotional content
  • Do not upload content that infringes on copyrights or trademarks

5. Fair Dealings

  • Be transparent about working conditions, pay, and expectations
  • Clubs must accurately represent their venue, location, and accommodation when offered
  • Dancers must accurately represent their experience and availability
  • Do not use the platform to scam, defraud, or financially exploit other users
  • Honour agreed-upon terms between parties

6. No Illegal Activity

  • Do not use Night Manager to facilitate any illegal activity
  • Do not promote or solicit illegal services
  • Comply with all local laws and regulations applicable to your profession and location
  • Users must be at least 18 years old to use the platform

7. Platform Integrity

  • Do not create multiple accounts
  • Do not attempt to manipulate or abuse platform features
  • Do not use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Service
  • Do not attempt to access other users' accounts or private data
  • Report bugs and vulnerabilities responsibly instead of exploiting them

8. Reporting Violations

If you encounter behaviour that violates these guidelines, please report it immediately using the report feature in your settings page. You can also contact us directly at info@nightmanager.app.

All reports are reviewed by our team. We take reports seriously and will take appropriate action, which may include:

  • A warning to the offending user
  • Removal of violating content
  • Temporary suspension of the account
  • Permanent account termination

9. Consequences

We enforce these guidelines at our discretion. The severity of the action taken depends on the nature and frequency of the violation. Serious violations — including threats, fraud, illegal activity, or repeated offenses — may result in immediate and permanent removal from the platform without prior warning.
