By creating an account or using Night Manager ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. Night Manager is operated by Night Manager ("we", "our", or "us").

2. Eligibility

To use Night Manager, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally permitted to work in the country where you use the Service
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Not have been previously banned or removed from the platform

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

3. The Service

Night Manager is a professional marketplace that connects table dance clubs with professional dancers. The Service provides:

• Profile creation and management for dancers and clubs
• Discovery and search tools to find dancers or clubs
• In-app messaging between verified users
• Booking and scheduling tools
• Accommodation management for clubs

Night Manager acts solely as a platform to facilitate connections. We are not a party to any agreements, arrangements, or contracts between dancers and clubs. We do not employ dancers and are not responsible for the conduct of any user.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Keeping your profile information accurate and up to date
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You may not share your account with others, create multiple accounts, or transfer your account to another person.

5. Acceptable Use

When using Night Manager, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, intimidate, or bully other users
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Upload content that is illegal, obscene, or violates the rights of others
• Use the platform for any illegal activity
• Discriminate against users based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or national origin
• Spam, solicit, or send unsolicited messages to users
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Attempt to access another user's account without authorization
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Circumvent any security features or access controls

6. Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to Night Manager (photos, text, videos, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to use all content you upload
• Your content does not violate the rights of any third party
• Your content complies with these Terms and applicable laws

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate, without prior notice.

7. Profile Review

All user profiles are subject to review and approval by our team before becoming visible on the platform. We may request changes to your profile or reject profiles that do not meet our standards. Approval of a profile does not constitute an endorsement of the user.

8. Reporting and Moderation

We are committed to maintaining a safe and professional environment. If you encounter any user who violates these Terms, you can report them through the in-app reporting feature in your settings.

We investigate reports and take appropriate action, which may include warnings, content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination. You may also block any user to prevent further communication.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy or reliability of any user profiles or content
• That the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Any specific results from using the Service
• The conduct or behavior of any user on or off the platform

You use the Service at your own risk. Night Manager is not responsible for any interactions, disputes, or arrangements between users.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Night Manager shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

11. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the settings page in the app.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through the appropriate legal channels.
